Rejoice in the Lord Always !

So today went so much better than yesterday in terms of our sanity!   First let me back up and talk about the loaves and the fishes.....   Last night after we got to the hotel and settled in our rooms... we were very hungry and decided to order pizza, at the expense of the airline of course.   There were 8 of us at the hotel at the time and the size of the pizzas was the equivalent of a small pizza.  We figured that we'd eat that then go out to a restaurant and eat again.  We got the pizzas and began eating... all we wanted.. and got full.... and when we were done, we had about 1/2 of a pizza left.   Amazing is all we could say about that.  We honestly were full and ate all we wanted.  I myself at 5 slices.... no lie.   Anyway, God provided for us, as He always does.

When we arrived in Costa Rica we were surprised to find a new terminal at the airport.  The new  building and technology was impressive.  The wonderful ladies at the church had lunch prepared for us and once again, we filled up.  After lunch we had our afternoon devotion.
Jason spoke on Ph 4:6-7
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
The scripture was perfect for our situation yesterday, and a wonderful way to begin our work here in Liberia.

God had more to say to us today... tonight's sermone was on 2Kings 4.  The question presented to us by Pastor Carlos was this...."What will you do when difficult times arise?"  It is a fact that difficult times will effect us all.....  as we have experienced in the last 36 hours.... but, do we run and hide, or do we put our faith in God Almighty and see how He will help us through?  Will we look for the Holy Spirit inside ourselves and put our trust in God?   I think so.... I know so... we have seen His work in our lives in such a mighy way, in such a short period of time...  Brothers and Sisters... we are destined for mighty things to happen in our lives.... will we be ready?   Are you ready?
